Day trip to Braeside Park. #birds #outdoors #photography

Adult black swan (the correct colour) on a pond.

Several different water birds (cormorant, ibis, ducks) on a dead tree lying horizontally in wetlands.

Photographer with a very serious camera among the grass and nesting boxes. There’s a black swan on the water.

Cypress Road. A long straight drive with mature conifers crowding it from both sides. The air is hazy. There are tiny pedestrians in the distance.

@futzle found this park when it was in our 5km radius during lockdown, have been going back for strolls through the wetlands since, very nice.
